Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

Description:Quincy Strike is an adept Quincy move. It appears as the user is shooting an arrow at the opponent, yet in truth the user has already gotten behind, and shot an arrow at twice the speed of a regular arrow. This skill is unavoidable, unless you've seen it before.
