Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

Description:the user creates a typhoon in a area of ther choice they are able to control the path of it as well as size can be used to trap opponents as well inside the typhoon all air is sucked out causing any one in the typhoon to die of air loss

Stat Multiplier:2.5x multiplier to Hakudo and 2x multiplier to Kidou
