Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

its my natural ability to create ice hence the low reiatsu cost.Its also a thin layer of ice so all the more it should cost low. how about this, since this is a slide of ice which i continue creating as i slide, how about the longer i slide the more reiatsu is cost and i deduct the reiatsu at the end of the skill? That should satisfy whoever wants to bitch at the 4x to hoho

How about each turn you continually use it, the cost is doubled. Which means: 1 turn 1 reiatsu, 2 turns 2 reiatsu, 3 turns 4 reaitsu, 4 turns 8 reaitsu.
