Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

Description:the user travling at the speed of sound breaks the sound barrier Allowing the user to travle faster then he was able to boosting the speed of the user as well it allso creates a cloud of air behind the user as he moves (this allows you to attack at a speed that makes it so your foe cant doge it only hits if your faster then your opponent if you miss you cant doge or block for the next 2 of your opponents posts)
Reiatsu Consumed: takes up 10 Reiatsu and 10 hoho
Stat Multiplier: 4x to Hoho
