Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

Description:Ryuuga releases a bit of his reiatsu and controls it to circle around the target freezing them and the air around them the ice quickly multiplies surrounding the area around the target the ice then begins to become smaller and smaller crushing the body of the target in the process until there is nothing left, Ryuuga can also use himself as the target but begins the freezing farther away from his body effectively freezing a large area in a short amount of time.
Stat Multiplication:2x Stat Multiplication to Kido
Open:No

Only can SM either Kidou or Hakudo.... not Reiatsu.
