Apperance: Alicia stands at 5'8" with curly black hair that reachs her midback. She'll usually wear her hair in a loose pony-tail or keep it down. Her eyes are large and a chocolate color. Being hispanic, Alicia has dark tan-colored skin. She'll wear skinny jeans with a tank-top or t-shirt of any color and tennis shoes.. On other occasions she'll wear a black knee-length skirt with a purple long-sleeved shirt with a black vest and flats.

Personality: Alicia is a smart girl who is a deep thinker and loves to read. She is understanding and listens intetnly to anything anyone has to say. Alicia is a sweet and innocent girl and very childish dispite being sixteen. She loves to tease people and she is almost never seen with out a smile on her face. She doesn't like to stay still and is always moving around. She took gymnastics for a while so she is quite flexible and athletic. If you get to know her well, you'll see that she can easily go from happy to depressed or angry in a wink. When she is angry she is fiesty and won't think twice about smacking or kicking someone. Though, she'll feel bad afterword and apologise. She really is a fun and talkative person and won't abandon her friends. This is partly because she has a great fear of being lost or abandoned.

History: At the young age of five, a girl named Alicia Kirameki was in a car crash with her parents and the other driver. She was the only survivor. Having no other relatives in Mexico, she left for Tokyo, Japan. After living with her aunt and cousin for ten years, her aunt got sick and died. Her cousin left for college while she left town and has been spending the last year in Karakura Town.

Ability: Alicia will have the power to create balls of reiatsu and can use it to wrap around herself like a shield, She can also shoot out the balls of Reiatsu and set them on fire, creating a ball of fire for attack purposes, When wrapping the shield around her, she can set the shield on fire as well to further prevent attacks from enemies

Seriously why this power though? Projectiles aren't gonna be effective against anyone for long. And another thing that has my interest, why is katasu approving merc, my skills, Ryuzaki's training, Devorah's skill training but not this character?

I seriously could not think of anything. I really don't like this, and it's not much to work with. Do you have any better ideas? And I have no idea why Katasu isn't approving this...
