Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

Description:Ryuuga releases a gigantic dragon made of ice from either of his palms or several smaller ice dragons and both will track down the enemy everywhere they go as long as it is still within the same world making it very hard to dodge the attack but the attack CAN be melted by extreme heat or barriers that are strong enough. The big dragon will freeze anything it touches while the smaller dragon will bite and explode on the enemy.
Reiatsu Consumed:5 if a big dragon is used, 1 for each small dragon used
Stat Multiplier: 3x to Kido and 2x to Hoho for big dragon, 2x to kido
Open:no

Well I have a problem with this because if Big Dragon is 3x Kidou and 2x Hoho whats small dragon?

edited, slightly increased the kido damage but not to the point of the big dragon and removed stat multipliers to Hakuda, now if this is acceptable please approve this and look at My item and My Second item.
