Description:Ryuuga wraps his body with ice, changing his shape and size. Ryuuga can transform into small animals to Dragons using this Ability. Ryuuga gains different stat multipliers for each transformation and this skill can be used for fights and infiltration.

Reiatsu consumed:4 reiatsu for small animals, 8 reiatsu for Dragon

Stat Multipliers(this is gonna be a lot): 5x to hoho in Rat form, 3x to Hoho and 2x to Hakuda in Tiger Form, 2x to Hoho, 1.5x to Hakuda and 1.5x to Kido in Dragon form.

A Tiger with Light blue fur and Dark blue stripes, has two long teeth in its mouth, Ice shards are formed on its legs,tail and head to the back.Has Yellow eyes and long,sharp nails.
