Ryuuga's Training

One day, Ryuuga woke up energetically in his cozy bed in the Espada Quarters of Las Noches. Getting out of bed Ryuuga yawned a bit, after washing his face Ryuuga slowly walked to the Training Facility. Once reaching the Training Facility Ryuuga stared at all the exercise machines and thought to himself 'well might as well warm up before using these machines' and walked outside of Las Noches passing by the Arrancar Barracks on the way and noticed how empty it was. Ryuuga reached the exit of Las Noches and started running laps of Hueco Mundo passing by a mountain and an oasis on the way. As Ryuuga passed the Oasis for the 100th time he muttered to himself "this should be enough!" and stopped in front of the Oasis thinking of what to do next, Ryuuga decided to practise one of his techniques which he mastered just a while ago, the icy cero, its ability was to turn what ever the cero hit into ice. Ryuuga charged up his cero, it was a light blue color, similar to a gran rey cero although its shape was not the same. Ryuuga shot the cero at the oasis, resulting in water splashing up and turning into ice the next second, satisfied with his technique, Ryuuga slowly strolled back to Las Noches's Training Facility passing the mountain again on the way. When Ryuuga reached the Training Facility he got down onto the floor and started to do push ups, "100..... 200..... 300..... 400.... 500!" Ryuuga counted as he was doing the push ups. Ryuuga got off the floor and wiped the sweat off his fore head. Ryuuga then started to do sit ups on the floor, "100..... 200..... 300.... 400..... 500..... 600.... 700.... 800..... 900..... 1000!" Ryuuga counted tiredly as he reached 1000. Ryuuga then started shooting bala at several flying targets in the air as his last training for the day. After shooting the flying targets for about half an hour Ryuuga returned to his quarters in the Espada and took a shower.

The day after his fight with the cunning shinigami, Katasu. Ryuuga woke up an hour earlier in the morning then his usual 8 am wake up time. Ryuuga walked briskly to the Training Facility in Las Noches and studied the place for a while before deciding that he should have a warm up before using any of the stuff in the Training Facility. Ryuuga used sonido to get to the sands of Hueco Mundo. However, when Ryuuga reached there he had forgotten to take something which he thought would have been useful from the Training Facility, Hitting himself on the head for his forgetfulness and quickly sonido-ed back to the Training Facility and took some very very heavy weights and attached them to his ankles as an attempt to try increase his speed, Once back in Hueco Mundo Ryuuga started sprinting, however with the riduculously heavy weights slowing him down Ryuuga quickly became tired and had to slow his sprinting pace to a mere human's jogging pace. After jogging for some 100 rounds around Hueco Mundo, Ryuuga stopped and slowly walked towards the Hueco Mundo Oasis for a small, refreshing dip in the lake. After about 15 minutes, Ryuuga reached the Oasis in Hueco Mundo and quickly jumped into the lake after taking off the weights from his ankles. After swimming for a while, Ryuuga decided that he had rested for long enough and that it was time for him to get back to Las Noches. Ryuuga opened a garganta and threw the Weights through it, allowing him to see if his training with the weights had paid off, Ryuuga quickly started sprinting back to Las Noches with a large pile of sand flying behind his shoes. Ryuuga felt that his speed had increased by quite a bit and thought that he had been lagging behind in turns of Hakuda lately, as proven when his hits to Katasu proved to be rather useless before using his Javelin Charge. Ryuuga entered the Training Facility and scanned through all the machines again before deciding to use a "Sand" bag as his training target. Ryuuga started by doing several quick punches to test the hardness of the "Sand" bag, however, Ryuuga realized that the sand had been reinforced with a mixture of Reiatsu and an arrancar's Hierro, resulting in a very hard and solid punching bag. Ryuuga quickly started punching the bag harder and harder with each hit. However, the harder Ryuuga hit the slower the punches seems to be, eventually Ryuuga punched the bag so hard that it flew out of the ceiling that it had been attached to. Ryuuga quickly picked up the sand - Hierro bag and re - attached it to the ceiling, Ryuuga decided that if he ever wanted to be effective with Hakuda, he would have to throw quick yet powerful punches instead of throwing immensely powerful but sluggy punches. Ryuuga started by doing his hard punches but tried to add speed to it, slowly after hours and hours of hitting down the bag and re - attaching the bag to the ceiling, Ryuuga finally got the hang of things. Ryuuga threw his quickest punches at the bag that used to only move it by a few cm now moved the bag several meters away. Satisfied with his arms Ryuuga moved on to his legs, Ryuuga started kicking rapidly with his right leg until it got tired, with each hit Ryuuga kicked faster and faster, Ryuuga jumped slightly above the ground and switched his leg to the left leg and quickly repeated his training with his left leg, Ryuuga then started kicking the bag as hard as he could, however, after the 10th hit the bag broke, sand infused with reiatsu and Hierro which seemed impossible to make, quickly leaked out of the bag, Ryuuga did not want the Training Facility to be in a mess and quickly used his Icy Destruction on the bad and the sand, freezing both completely, Ryuuga then manipulated the ice and threw it out some where in Hueco Mundo, Ryuuga decided that that was enough practice on a 'Sand' Bag and moved on to another training. Ryuuga went into a special room in the Training Facility which stretched on for more then 5 km meant for training Speed. Ryuuga turned on the machines and a fast - current river quickly formed and Ryuuga sprinted against the fast and strong currents of the water while wearing his leg weights which now seemed lighter to him, after running for about two hours, Ryuuga had only run 1/5 of the Room, which was only 1 km. Suddenly, something struck Ryuuga, Ryuuga had suddenly come up with an idea on how to increase his speed against such strong currents. Ryuuga quickly pumped his Reiatsu to his legs, making them much more powerful, Ryuuga charged forward across the 5 km long room. After another 2 hours Ryuuga finished the entire training, making record time for all the Arrancar who had done this training. Ryuuga decided that a break would be ideal for him now, Ryuuga went to the Forest underneath Hueco Mundo. When Ryuuga reached there he was greeted by a big mass of Gillian, sitting on the nose of one of the Gillian, Ryuuga started thinking of what to train on next, Ryuuga suddenly came up an idea on how to train his Hakuda further. Ryuuga used sonido to get out of the Hueco Mundo Forest before the Gillians would get angry at him for sitting on their noses, Ryuuga quickly reached Hueco Mundo and punched the ground hard, causing a Geyser of sand to fly up into the air, Ryuuga quickly used Icy Destruction to freeze the sand and Reinforced it with his Reiatsu, Ryuuga then started to punch the blocks of ice which was surprisingly harder then the 'sand' bag, Ryuuga continued doing this until all the ice had either been broken or melted. Ryuuga returned to his room in the Espada Quarters, satisfied with the progress he had make for that day.
