Mirajane was walking down the streets of Karakura Town. As usual it had been boring day at school. Luckily a little ghost had helped her pass the day as it always made funny things in front of class. Young girl assumed that no one saw the ghost though. When about half the way to home already suddenly she remembered something. Today was the release date of new manga so she turned around and started running towards the shop, still having her school uniform on. Suddenly, when being near Karakura High she heard a loud screech. It was no human's screech. She quickly stopped and turned her head towards the location where the screech had came from. Mira assumed that it came behind those buildings. While doubting a little she started running towards the location. After reaching there she saw a horrifying picture, a huge monster with white mask was crushing someone between it's big fists. Mira took a better glance and noticed that it was the same ghost who did different tricks before class today. Mirajane wasn't the type to get scared so quickly so she quickly rushed towards the monster and punched it's leg, trying to play a hero. Her weak punch didn't do any damage to the monster, rather it simply turned it's head towards the girl and reached it's other hand towards her, trying to crush young Mirajane.

Without a moment of thinking young girl jumped back. Her legs were shaking a little but still she shouted with rather loud voice, “Let go of the ghost... or girl or whatever it is.” The monster only replied with another loud screech which pierced Mira's ears, making them hurt. The girl covered her ears, 'What is it. Somekind of Halloween monster?' thought Mira. She started running away but suddenly dripped on something and fell on ground. The streets damaged her knees pretty badly but as she was struggling to get up Hollow tried to punch her again. While at it Mira turned around and saw the blueish fist to come towards her. She was very scared. As a last result she placed forth her hands to block it. The results of that were rather different than she had expected though. She had pulled out a sharp piece of wood from somewhere which pierced hollow's arm. Halloween Monster pulled it back because of the pain and once again it screeched, dropping the ghost while at it. Mira quickly got up, although her legs were shaking because of the injury she was amazed what she had done. “Am I superhuman?” asked Mira from herself when carefully watching her hands. A grin appeared on her face, 'Maybe I got the power to exterminate these Halloween Monsters?' While purely acting on instincts she placed her hands towards a tree and tried to do something with it. Concentrating to set it on fire or something but she ripped it out of the ground. “Levitation?” Asked the girl from herself and moved her hands again, trying to throw the tree at monster. The tree crushed to hollow on the ground. Mira levitated the same tree again to the air and then moved her hands, making it dive towards Hollow with huge speed. She pointed the tip of the tree towards the monster and this time it pierced Halloween Monster. With no time at all it disappeared.

† Some days later †

Some days later she had finally decided. 'I am going to start training my abilities to max and then exterminate those evil monsters... all of them.' Young girl walked out of her house wearing a normal pink top and blue jeans with sandals. Mira was walking towards a junkyard at town's outskirt. She thought it would be good place to train her abilities as there were a lot of things to levitate and move. She started practicing it, levitating the junk and then moving it around the air. She trained a lot of time there, as long as she could everyday. About 3 months later she had unlocked the ability to levitate things without moving her hands. Also the maximum weight increased, girl was overjoyed. She had finally decided to create some techniques involving her ability. She thought about techniques during how day in school while sketching some superhero costumes. She started thinking what every hero should have when suddenly she came up with beams. A lot of heroes could fire them, at least so she had read from manga. She stood up and simply walked away from the glass, ignoring the teacher's warnings.

She had came up to junkyard again, thinking how she could preform the technique. It was rather difficult for her. She started feeling rather hot when suddenly an idea popped into her mind. “Solar Rays” shouted the girl happily. She tried to manipulate them and create some kind of a beam. Of course she attempted to direct it away from her. It was very difficult, after all she was trying to manipulate a thing not visible to naked eye. After about 30 minutes or so she managed to create something and accidentally put some junk on fire. She quickly levitated it to air where it simply vanished though. Mira was rather tired and decided to continue her training tomorrow. The next day she proceeded her training, still trying to create a beam. It took her a couple of days to create a humongous beam of sunlight. It still consumed rather big amount of her reiatsu though but still it was a strong move enough to burn down everything it hit in second or two. After training was done she decided to name the technique sunfall.

The next week or so she came up with another one. This one was to shield herself from attacks. She started trying to manipulate a shield out of thin air in front of herself. Without her knowing she had actually used reiatsu to create it. The shield training was rather easy for her. At least compare to sunfall it was easy. She started doing it constantly, even tried to form it during school. In some days she learned how to concentrate her energy, making it more weaker and more powerful. It was because during her training she had released, the more power she used the tired she got but if making shield weaker it would consume less energy. Soon she mastered that trick as-well and now simply started training her levitation ability.

After a month of her 15th birthday she got into rather embarrassing situation. She had failed doing a rather simple task in school which every girl would be able to do so the boys laughed over her. Due to her aggressive nature she beat them up on spot though and simple left the school again. It gave her a little idea though. The idea of turning invisible. She was able to manipulate solar rays so she though why not try to bend light to turn herself invisible. She was at her normal training ground again, a junkyard and started trying to turn the idea into reality. She tried to bend light around herself, it was no easy task but soon she was able to turn invisible, at least to some extend. During a fight even a normal human would be able to learn her location so she kept practicing. Soon she also got the idea of manipulating sound.

† Stats Training †

The day seemed to be rather nice as the sun was hidden by the clouds, giving it nice cool temperature. The kind of temperature Mirajane liked. As it was only 7 am in the morning young girl thought that the weather wouldn't get hotter sometime later. She had skipped school and thus didn't even bother wearing a school uniform, rather she wore her normal attire. She was rather sad that there were no sightings of Halloween Monsters in the last weeks. She was thinking that maybe they planned some large scale attack. Thinking that it suddenly struck to her that she should train herself to counter all those monsters. With that in young girl's mind she turned left and started heading to junkyard, the place where she had always trained. Although it was rather filthy Mira had taken a liking to that place since there was always tons of items to levitate. There also wasn't so much people passing trough there, making it perfect place for young woman to train.

After some time of walking she finally reached to good old junkyard. She took a deep breath, the air around that area wasn't the best but over time it didn't bother Mira anymore. She climbed over the walls of junkyard and softly landed on the ground right before the piles of junk. "Lets get started then." said Mirajane when calmly starting to levitate some items, throw out TV, a small broken sofa and three big rocks from a pile of them. It wasn't nearly Mira's cap of weight she could levitate but it was the weight she could rise with rather small amount of her energy, reiatsu. First she raised the items high into air, then dropped them again while stopping them just before hitting the ground, then raised into air again and just started playing with em while they were airborne. She was bored though, she wanted some action.

After playing with them a minute or two she simply stopped levitating them, letting the items fall to the ground. When she first got her powers she would have felt tired or something like that after doing something like that. 'So the amount of energy I have keeps getting better and better? Logical...' thought the young girl. She looked around herself and spotted rather good looking couch. She used her ability to pull it to her and sat on it. 'Wonder why they would throw something this good away.' ran trough her head quickly as she started to think a little how to increase the amount of energy she had. She came up with physical exercise and using a lot of her ability. It was rather logical answer so she quickly jumped up and ran before a huge pile of junk, the biggest in the junkyard. It consisted of run down cars, computers, tables, couches and everything you could imagine. A small smirk appeared on girl's face as she attempted to levitate the whole mountain of junk. She had never levitated something so big but gave her best.

After some seconds of concentrating it started shaking, then it actually started flying into air. Mirajane seemed to have little trouble though as she was concentrating very hard. Loon the mountain of junk was in the air, Mirajane started breathing a little after keeping it there for some minutes. She lowered them again and once again started levitating pointless stuff. After some time she was so very tired. She walked up to a wall and then started climbing it. Mira slowly started walking towards her home. She was rather tires so she moved slowly. Young girl had became rather hungry after all that training, that wasn't the only reason she went home. She also wanted to equip herself with clothes more fitting for jogging and stuff. Once Mira got home she slowly made herself some sandwiches, sat down and ate them while at the same time resting. Her mother wasn't home, she was always at her flower shop that time of a day. Once she was done with her meal she moved upstairs, removed her normal attire and looked into her closet. There weren't much clothes there, Mira wasn't the type to waste money on things useless for her. After changing she ran outside, closed the door and started jogging. She was jogging as long as she was breathing very heavily, then she simply turned around and slowly started walking home.
