Okay I'm gonna do a site event here and I wanna know how many is going to participate. Just list your character along with stats and that will be all for now. I'll come and explain the event after people sign up for it.

Name:B.A.S.S -Basic Ability Suppresser Seal

Description: A small object of choice that is on a Espada that seals there basic powers(appearance will differ do to a persons taste in accessories)

Ability: It seals away the basic powers of an Espada/and ability's that go with there basic powers can be removed at any time

EX: If Gavan were to use It his power over wind would be sealed away and he would not be able to use skills as Air blade or Slip stream speed

Open:Open to all members of the Espada

approved, but it must have a limit on it.

Ex. G has 100 in reiatsu, the suppressor seals it to 50, but T has 300 in Reiatsu it only seals it to 250.

It seals off peoples base abilities by sealing it away in the shape/Item it works in the same way that most seals work EX: like the seal that all the captains and lieutenants

what the time limit? If you place it on someone during a fight it only lasts 4 turns.

no no its a object like a necklace or a bracelet and it only works if the person wearing it wants it to work
